First time customers to order any of our products,

costs and shipping days How to order. Existing
customers we have all your details so a simple email is fine to place an
order, just be sure to mention your full name so we can pull up your
last order details.
For suggestions, or requests for improvements, please use our

Order Form Till
we settle into our new premises please consult the news page about the
next available shipping days.

| Once we receive your order we hand select the items and
give them a final health check before setting them aside pending
shipping. We email confirmation and availability of your selections with
a quote / invoice including shipping and payment options to your
destination. We again contact you confirming shipping 24 hours before
ETA of the specimens, commonly people are in the middle of their work
day so we usually send the final confirmation and consignment number via
SMS to your mobile phone.
Periodically we will post notices regarding shipping outages during public holidays
or collection trips on
the news page.

The following is a list of what you need to know before
making an order.
- Order closing time.
- For deliveries Saturday arrival, the dead line is 0600 AEST Thursday morning. In
order to give us time to finalize quotes, book shipping and process
payments.
- Shipping costs. We now have two options.
- Australian Air Express, airport collect. There is no limit to
the weight or size of the order you must collect the consignment
from the Australian Air express depot at your local airport.
Delivery days are Tuesday or Saturday mornings.
- Capital cities excepting Brisbane $30.
- Brisbane and other major Qantas ports $35.
- Customers in regional areas please contact us
regarding shipping costs and availability.
- Delivered direct to your door. We can only send packages under
5kg (Small esky 8 small bags) they will be marked as leave in a safe
place if no one is home. Please indicate a suitable safe place for
the parcel to be left on the order form. Deliveries are business
hours Tuesdays only.
- All capital cities and major centers. $20
- Perth parcels may be up to 15kg. $20
- All orders must reach a minimum value of $80 to cover our
packaging and airport transfer.
- Shipping days.
- We pack our orders on Friday's and Mondays to lodge them with Australian Air
Express to travel overnight. Major center orders arrive early
Tuesday and Saturday
mornings and are ready for collection after 8 am. We will send the
exact
collection time and to your mobile phone along with the AAE consignment
number.
- Perth deliveries are via courier direct to your door
Tuesdays only. We
stipulate that if your not in the courier is still to leave the
package behind. So please give us any instructions for a safe shady
place for the parcel to be left if your not going to be in all day.
- Payment.
- Payment is to be made before shipping - Noon Friday is
the dead line. Our preference is for you to pay on advice of the
quote we email you, using Electronic Funds Transfer "EFT"
or "internet banking" it is very safe and secure. Alternatively we are
happy to take a credit card payment over the phone, just mark the
appropriate field on the order form and we will give you a quick
call to receive the card details. Make deposits payable to
"Oceanarium" See your invoice / quote for bank account
details. Please include your name in "details".
