Originally collected by us from the Dampier Archipelago 2002. Consequently has been reproduced via Planula settlement, though most of our specimens for sale are asexually propagated from captive bred specimens. These love high light levels exhibiting faster growth and brighter golden coloring.
Unlike many similar soft coral species these are zooxanthellate, using photosynthesis to contribute to their energy needs.
Sold on ceramic fragger stones.
